Beat and tempo

beat_track(*[, y, sr, onset_envelope, ...])	Dynamic programming beat tracker.
plp(*[, y, sr, onset_envelope, hop_length, ...])	Predominant local pulse (PLP) estimation.
tempo(*[, y, sr, onset_envelope, ...])	Estimate the tempo (beats per minute)
